As an Experience Design Intern at Verizon, I supported the CX Product Management Team in enhancing the prospect experience. My primary goal was to develop new features aimed at making this digital journey as seamless as possible, ultimately driving increased app acquisition rates.
My role: Conducted competitor analysis and research, utilized human-centered design approaches, worked within an Agile framework, determined metrics of success, forecasted risks, predicted revenue impact, designed and prototyped features

Feature 1: “Help Me Choose” Survey
Description:
The "Help Me Choose" survey is a feature on the shop pages that allows users to take a brief survey to assist in selecting a phone, a plan, or both. Based on their responses, the survey provides personalized recommendations tailored to their preferences.
Benefits:
Eases decision making, minimizes stress and confusion, increases traction to sales flow
Feature 2: Competitor Comparison
Description:
The Competitor Comparison page, accessible from the Prospect Discover page, lets users see how Verizon stacks up against its competitors. It offers a seamless option to switch to Verizon directly from the page, along with detailed information on the switching process and available support to ensure a smooth transition.
Benefits:
Allows for transparency and clarity, simplifies process, shows how Verizon stands out, eases transition, minimizes stress and decision makign time, puts all information in one place
Feature 3: myFamily
Description:
Streaming service type sign in screen. Individual & personalized profiles for easy sign on and independent viewing purposes, daily statistics, promotions, wish lists, personalized language
Benefits:
Targets Gen-Z consumers, app access for all plan members, increases engagement, increases revenue through app store sales, reduces churn
